We are hiring an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee on-site electrical activities for a 400kV transmission project, including transmission line and substation works. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in high-voltage electrical systems and proven site supervision experience.

Job Description

• Supervise and monitor all electrical installation works at the transmission line and substation sites.
• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site staff to ensure timely execution of electrical works.
• Supervise erection, stringing, termination, and testing of 400kV transmission lines and associated equipment.
• Oversee installation of substation equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain daily work reports and documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve any technical or site-related issues.
• Monitor manpower, material, and equipment availability.
• Ensure compliance with local authority and client standards.

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in 400kV transmission projects.
• Hands-on experience with transmission line erection, substation installations, and HV equipment.
• Sound knowledge of electrical drawings, layouts, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in HV projects.
• Should have UAE driving licence
