Job Description

  • Enquiry Management: Receive and record enquiries (both manually and electronically) from Oil and Gas customers and coordinate with suppliers to initiate the response process.
  • Quotation Follow-up: Actively follow up on enquiries and obtain quotations from local and international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Tender Management: Monitor tender closing dates, ensuring that supplier offers are received before deadlines to enable timely submissions.
  • Expression of Interest (EOI) Responses: Submit EOIs within closing dates through client portals like ARIBA, adhering to specified requirements.
  • Request for Deadline Extensions: When necessary, initiate requests to customers for extensions on closing dates.
  • Pre-Bid Clarifications: Coordinate pre-bid clarifications with suppliers and customers to address any preliminary questions.

Qualification

  • Proficient in using online portals for tender submissions and customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with Oil and Gas industry requirements and standards.
  • Strong skills in professional email communication.
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing new suppliers and manufacturers, particularly from international markets
  • should have minimum 2 years of experience
