Job to carry out all work related to the daily operations and follow-up of workers in residential units, and to work continuously on. Develop annual plans for the development of employees and students in a functional role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up on all movements and tasks within the housing, including transportation and allocation of housing units.
  • Dealing with violations of housing laws and submitting reports if necessary
  • Supervising the application of the laws, regulations, and instructions for housing units
  • Monitor maintenance operations and communicate with departments and service providers.
  • Carrying out any other work related to the nature of the work upon assignment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of community groups, such as students, parents and administrators.
  • Student supervision and follow-up skills
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with student and staff.
  • Computer Application Skills
  • Education Level: High school or Diploma
  • Language: Arabic & English (Writing & Speaking)
  • Experience: 5 – 2 years
