We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee all civil construction activities related to a 400kV transmission project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with contractors and engineers.

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the transmission line and substation sites.
• Ensure all civil works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance at all times.
• Manage and control site materials, labor, and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain site records including daily progress reports, material consumption, and labor deployment.
• Assist in resolving any on-site technical issues or deviations.
• Ensure timely completion of civil works as per the project schedule.

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site supervision, in 400kV or similar high-voltage transmission projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings and transmission tower foundations.
• Familiar with safety practices and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
• Should have driving license
